Later, I asked if the show was worth all she went through to get the best seats and she replied, "After camping out all night to get the best seats, I still ended up needing binoculars." She loved Kenny's show but wished she could have been closer in a better seat. With Ticketmaster, it seems good luck is few and far between most of the time.
